Safe to spray for aphids (diluted orange peel juice) during flowering?
    #5881543 - 07/20/06 04:10 PM (14 years, 9 months ago)

3.5 weeks into flowering and the buggers are back :frown:.  I sprayed a couple weeks ago when there were pistils but no trichomes.  Now, trichomes are forming.  I'm scared the acid will harm the trichs.  What do you think I should do?

you dont need to spray it on the buds, you can just try to wash the stem with it and have some orange peels on top of the soil

their eggs are attatched to the underside of the leaves. you know they are hatching when the leaves below them get a layer of dandruff-like coating from all the dry egg membrane that flakes off. i could try to wash just the undersides of the leaves only.
