Ok i'll be needed the use of a masterbator... i mean incubator ... I have read up on the tupperware and fish bubbler Way I had a idea of making just a box and putting a ;little hvac device ( not sure what the time is called) that has a fan on it and can be set to a temp and if it goes over this temp the fan cuts on but shut-off it to cold .. This is just going be a good size wooden box to keep about 12 jars ( if i get that lucky ) with a door on front and maybe a cuople air holes ... ... Is there any suggestion ...?? will this not work cause i would needed a certain amount of humdity for it?? What is your homemade incubator??

My homemade incubator is a tupperware container, big enough to hold 12 jars, with a submersible fish tank heater in it. There is about 3" of water in it with the jars. The heater keeps the water at the temperature I set it at. It works quite nicely. Good luck

Thank you guys for the post but i'm still taking towards my way ( cause it is cheaper then buy a rubbermaid container , cause i already got the box somewhat ... and the device i can get for free from a buddie ) But i'm still not sure if it has to be a CERTAIN HUMDITY are just a CERTAIN HEAT ....

all the stuff is in the jars so u dont need humidity u just need heat . .now i have a rubbermaid container and on the bottom a heating pad with with i switch the heat between low-medium and off and i run loops of them. The heating pad is at the bottom of my incubator and towel over it so alot of heat gets absorbed by the towel leaving so the jars dont over heat i just place my jars ontop of the towel . .that seems to work fine for me. i just put the top in and open the top once a day to let out the heat to begin a new loop.

I think the problem with your setup will be that it is going to generate DRY HEAT that WILL DRY OUT YOUR JARS.

Go with Anno's incubator. It works perfectly and very low maintenance, just as the above poster says. Tried & true, less chance of failure.

This is my first time growing and im using anno's incubator also. Just inacculated 3 different strains last weekend and already about 75-85% done with all jars. Works very good for a incubator and not that expensive to make at all.
