Casing to fruiting chamber question
    #5878345 - 07/19/06 04:34 PM (17 years, 6 months ago)

Hey all,

Quick question, someone already answered it once but I am not sure it was understood what I was asking.

My fruiting chamber will hold 4 casings, I have two that are ready too go into it tomorrow and enough colonized jars too make 2 more casings.

After I let the two new casings colonize for 3-4 days should I just add them into the fruiting chamber and let them do their thing?

I always thought that you provide more fresh air once pins appear and lower the humidity a bit....would that change mess up the two casings that were put in their three days later then the other two?

I am leaning towards just add them and the only thing I have to worry about is when the first two start pinning not to let any water get on them from misting the later two.....

I would I would just add alittle more sub to the new trays and Ty to time them going in when bright white and try to time them to match the second flush. Or just put the new trays in the fridge to prolong them to match

or you can not make it complicated and fruit them at the same time.
