Gonna try San Pedro in a few days, but dosage is quite a problem since I have no idea how strong they will be. I'm thinking about eating 400 grams, but when that after 3 hours happens to be a dissapointment, can I take shrooms as well?
Couldn't find any trip reports about it...

I had the same notion and got no reply either. I have done both separately and if there ever was an organic melding of substances, I would have to think this would be it.
I would start off easy, doing maybe 1/3 to 1/2 a normal dose of each just to get a feel for the mixing of energies before exploring deeply.
I think your idea of waiting for the peak first is a good idea.

yes, from what I've read about san pedro experiences they seem to mix quite good with mushrooms. They however are entirely different chemicals, so I'm not quite sure how they will interact with eachother.
Ah well, guess I'm gonna be the first to explore this then 
I actually hope for a medium dose of san pedro, just to experience the mescaline alone since this will be my first mescaline trip. But when those 400 grams turn out to be a low dose after three hours, I think I'll take 2 gram of P. Cubensis as well. That way I should still have at least 4 hours with both psychedelics at full strength.
I'll certainly make a tripreport when I end up mixing those two.
But let's hope the san pedro isn't that weak

I think it will be fine. I have found that San Pedro is very stable and goes well with many other chemicals. I took about 400mg DXM, 2 cups of extreamly strong san pedro tea I made and about 4 shots of brandy. I was fine and had a great trip. I have also taken san pedro with dmt (frog venom) that is a really sweet combo .

Just a suggestion but you might want to just try out the San Pedro first. Just last week I tried San Pedro(mescaline) for the first time. Mescaline is a wonderful substance on its own and it might be worth while to experience it on its own before adding shrooms into the equation.

Did it yesterday at the beach with friends. I got very dizzy and wanted to yak. They were fine.
Blended mush and about 25g dried of T Peruvianus with ice and oj.

Maybe have a look at this thread over at DMT Nexus. They analyzed the mescaline content of different species of Trichocereus. Find what species you have and you can get a better idea of how much mescaline is likely in it.
Since you're calling it San Pedro, I'll assume you don't know much about the different varieties. If it's a Pachanoi, which is the most common in the U.S., and if you purchased it in the U.S., there is a high likelihood that it is a P.C. (predominant clone) and does not have mescsline in it. That's what happened to me. Luckily I found that out before consuming a bunch of nasty cactus.
