why did our monotubs do this?
    #5876186 - 07/19/06 12:36 AM (17 years, 6 months ago)

me and a buddy did 3 monotubs at his place, except we put two foil trays which covered the whole bottom like using up the whole tub would have looked. Anyway i came to check up on it and one casing out of the two in each of our three tubs was totally dried the fuck out, while the other one was overly soaked with water(puddle sitting on the top) all 3 tubs did this...

its as if the water was sucked from the one casing and transfered to the other. does anyone know how or why this happened and what i can do to prevent it? i hear of and see great results coming from mono/double tubs, so i would really like to have the same success with this tek.  yes i did the tek correctly...thats what i don't understand about what happened.

Thank you for any and all help, i appreciate it. if i had pics i would straight up show you, but i dont have a cam

If you are wetting them multiple times of the day, you might want to change up the positioning each time you mist. It will hopefully bring some equalibrium to the mix. If not, just try to mist very accurately on the dry parts and scarcely on the wet parts.

If you have pans inside your tub you could possibly lay a layer of soaked prelight at the bottom of the tank. It should help maintain humidity for some time.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. You are moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into...

The Twilight Zone.

Doesn't the scenario you describe have a greater chance of occuring after the mushrooms are full grown and then consumed? :P That would be an odd trip, wouldn't it?
