At about the hour and a half mark I start shivering and shaking for about an hour. I'll get under a bunch of blankets and it still happens. It's just like when you have a fever, except there is no cold sweat. it especially happens in my legs and jaw. Does this happen to anyone else? How do you stop it?

i get that aswell, but i found a nice way to circumvent it. I call that "pleasure vibrations" (don“t think dirty now :P) Its something i can coordinate while on shrooms. I lay down on my side back or anyway that seems comfortable and start to actively shiver by contracting my stomach jusckles at first then slowly going out to the limbs. But this goes far over a normal shiver, with the right timing and concentration you can amplify the movement and after a few sec you are basically shaking all over your body.
I actually freaked one of my trip buddies out the first time i did this. He thought i was having a seizure or something. I told him that it felt great, he tried it aswell and just loved it . It gives you a warm fuzzy almost electric feeling in your whole body, especially in your muscles. After a few minutes of this you are probably tired, but its worth it.
The feeling can be compared a bit to dxm ticks after the trip, when you start shaking your leg when you are not noticing, that feels very good aswell But this is 10 times more intense sadly i can not manage the coordination while sober. Just remember that its not big movements that are they key, but little and lighting fast ones. If you try to speak while doing this it should sound like a purring cat.
I can just reccomend this to anyone who feels cold on the comeup. Works for me everytime, is a fascinating sensation and definitly brings you into a good mood

i would say that the problem and solution involve the mind more than anything else. i've had this happen before but my memory of it is faint.

I get that within the first 15-30 mins. after eating. When it happens I know I'm making the climb; the first visual effects and stomach/throat feelings begin. The shivering lasts for 5-30 minutes depending on the amount and the intensity of the trip (kind of a way to know how hard it's gonna be). I either stretch out or cover up in blankets and relax when the shivering starts. Always saw it as part of the experience, as said before.
