I have a whole case of thai noodles like that around here somewhere.. a variety pack.
I hope you have enough to last a while so you don't end up pacing around the kitchen tonight!

I'm a Thai fiend as well. Do you buy those from a major supermarket chain? How much do you pay per box?

I'm about to break out my camera and post pics of my noodle..
Noodles I mean LOL.
I have tons of them.. the kind that are packaged like that and the ones that come in plastic bags only and need to be boiled.
I like the ones that you can just nuke because I'm too lazy to be bothering with pots and pans!

That stuff looks rank
Why not just heat up some coconut milk with a spoonfull of thai curry paste in the microwave and mix it with boiled noodles? Way tastier and hardly any effort.

I've never had them before but you've both peaked my curiosity, will have to pick up a couple packages to try.
edit: To tell you the truth I've never had any form of Thai food. Those things look similar to ramen noodles though.
