don't call it quits, just leave it be. eventually you may go back, maybe not, and when you do you may once again enjoy it, maybe not.
weed became worthless to me at some point and I thought I had lost interest. well I didn't smoke any for the better part of a year until I had an opportunity with some cool people and I had fun. I've really cut back on my weed consumption, 4 or 5 bowls per 3 or 4 months. I've regained my appreciation, but I know if I use it less moderately I probably won't enjoy it as much.

I felt that way for a while too. Maybe you're feeling a bit depressed from other unrelated things? Like you said, you don't feel like you're learning anything, I felt like everything I did was in vain at that time. Most things feel like they're being done in vain while depressed. So maybe just straighten up some bigger problems in life and all the little things will just go with it.

i have more of the opposite problem. i want to smoke, but when i'Ve been smoking as of late, it's been too intense, feeling myself float off and stuff. i just want to get nicely stoned!
But 2 weeks break, sorted out my diet, i should be back to normal again. wo0o

Like many people on this thread have said, take a break and think about it for a little while.
I felt almost exactly the same as you last (my first ) 4/20... I was so tired from smoking/staying up that I didn't even really feel that the experience was that rewarding.
I took a break over the summer, and when school started back up, i started smoking with friends again. It almost acts as a boost to my learning experience, because when i am high i think about how all my classes actually relate to things in the everyday real-world.
I had another experience like this with Alcohol and MJ, recently after getting back from a spring break where we drank alot, and then finally got to have my first 'shroom trip...
Shrooms are amazing things... Though so is weed... and so is alcohol...
each has their place, and everyone has their opinions, so follow what you feel is best.
