tek help!!

Was just wondering if anyone would like to post up some tek's for me which doesnt require the need of a pressure cooker?

examples would be the pf-tek , which supports the use of boiling for sterilization

So if anyone has a tek which doesnt require pressure-cooker-sterilization. please post a reply with it
any help will be greatly appreciated.

hey
you can do the PF tek w/out a pressure cooker. Just get a big pot and put some washcloths on the bottom, and set your jars on that. Jest keep it at a slow boil for about an hour and a half...

I used to use a boiler, and i only got one contaminated jar... (knock on wood)
