new to mushroom hutning

hmmm well to start ive been reading this fourm for abour 4-5 weeks havent been posting and still havent gottent o quite enjoy the plesure of my first trip yet i live in maryland and have checked many cow farms and cant find a damn thing live close to boarder of pa near waynesburro if anyone might be able to tell me what i do wrong would be beautifule i have ordered spores im prepared to grow but im so damn impatient

thanks and id really like tips if not on the hutning but the growing of the mushrooms i ordered i got a b+ strain spore syringe and i also have mex strain im womndering how long it will take to grow and i already bought a dozen half pint jars and perlite just waiting on the brown rice flour wich i cant belive is so hard to find in my area thier is pratically no health foods around here and i cant belive people couild be so fat in the area :P and id like to know how long i can wait before i start to grow them before the spores will go bad or such because im worrie dby time im rdy the spores will go bad

There is a mushroom culivation forum for all your growing needs....make use of the search engine in the hunting forum. i.e. search for where you live and see what other mushrooms people have found there.

That's pretty close to my area.. there really isn't much in the way of actives out here. You could also check places with horses and hay bails for Panaeolus subbalteatus. If you want a good dose, you're better off just growing.
