the air stone should be fine foran fresh airexchange. you might want to put some h2o2 in the water that is sumergeing the air stone to help contams. also do you have a check valve in you tubing line.also you dont want to use scotch tabe you can use poly fill or tyvrek filter or i use micropore tape that comes out of a first aid kit.

For the most part, the terrarium should work correctly, if the paremeters your stating are being produced. You ask whether having high humidity is safe all the time for casings, probably not, but 90rh is fine. An ideal thing would be to have a controlable, versatile chamber which you can easily shift temp/moisture conditions, fast and also maintain steadily to grow certain "strain" genotype's. Aim for that. Many pro cultivators have used filter holes which they can open and close if need be. Bubbling air through water is effective for building moisture and pressuring out stagnant Co2. If your talking full automated, then setting up on/off controllers would be the way to go. I imagine there are some pretty complex setups out there, that work very well because they know exactly what mushrooms need and want.
