Questions on casing--post fixed to include whole thing

Hey everyone,
My friend in Russia is trying to make some magic so I referred him to a post on pinning. I just have a few questions that may help him.
Quote:
Lets begin with your cakes they need to be incubated at optimum temps (for best results) 82-84 degrees until colonized fully this means not just the surface but throughout the cake. This will usually happen 3-4 days after the outside has been colonized. I then suggest a 24hr. fridge dunk in "clean" water after the cakes have been cleaned of all pins/knots (anything that can be wiped off the surface) under the faucet using cold water, don't worry about contams because you washed your hands with anti bac. soap didn't ya? and fully colonized cakes are very resistant to contams.
On this step I suggested putting a lid on tupperware bowl and poking some holes in the lid and just letting water run into it and run out the holes. I agree with rogerrabbit on this method being the running water has better chances of keeping out contams. Is this an ok way to "dunk" pre-casing?
I told my Russian friend to try it that way and he called and said they were floating and the tops were not getting water so he weighed them all down.
Quote:
After dunking I then rinse once more time shaking excess water off the cakes and then drop them into a gal. ziplock bag and seal. Now the casings here are but just 2 half pints, that have been crumbled in the bag from the outside (it works slick!) into nickel sized chunks. Once the cakes have been crumbled I like to let them sit overnight to recoup so any exposed areas will be covered.
Should this step be done at room temperature or back into the incubator for the night? I figure the incubator? Then cased and back into the incubator until the good stuff shows it's face above the casing.
After this time the casing goes into the fruiting chamber, right? Where the humidity should remain at 85-92 at temps of 74-77 with 12/12 hours of light and misted everyday until near saturation until pinset in which the misting should stop and the fans should be turned on for FAE, correct? Dropping humidity too 82-87 and plenty of fresh air until harvest time correct?
I did extensive reading and have seen many opinions so I just made this post off the top of my head too make sure I have a good understanding off the top of my head.
Also after the first trays go into the fruiting chamber you cant really add anymore until after the first flush because the climate has to change from pinset too fruiting.....right?? But their is no problem with adding a first flush tray with a second flush tray as long as you do it right after harvest of the first right??
Thanks for any input....

Shit happens
-------------------- Getting the most out of your casings!, A pinning strategy. Oyster Shell "Flour" $2 for 1lb. a hell of a deal Not what is overlay but rather what overlay is Gas Exchange vs. FAE "We all have priorities. I used a closet once setup a nice little lab trouble was all the shit that was in there ended up in the bedroom that pissed off the GF then I ended up dumping her as she was getting in the way of my sterile culture technique! Ya I got priorities too!!!"

FF, do you use firefox? I think it's just people who use firefox...
Because none of the resources on the shroomery.org main page work either, they just load the main page again... but when I use IE on the site, it works.

85-92% throughout cropping works just fine, slightly higher RH's help developing fruits enlarge (grow). Any casing thats ready to fruit can go into a FC reguardless.
