Today i found out that my girlfriend is pregnant. Her mother and sister recently had dreams that she was pregnant then she missed her period. I really don't know what to say, except that it's going to have 2 loving parents. Guess i'll post later when i think about it more, haha

No, i'm saying her mother and sister had a dream about her being pregnant. These dreams were about 2 weeks ago. Today, my gf found out for sure that she's pregnant. It was some sort of weird precognition, my mother said she knew it too.
I sure as hell didn't see this coming, i really just don't know what to think. I'm just trying to comfort my sweetheart :p

Just don't go to a party, trip on acid, and dance in the moonlight with a dog after the kid is born.
Other than that...congrats

Dude, that fucking sucks. I hope you are one of the folks who wants to have kids (Not being sarcastic). I personally am saving up for a vasectomy, as I would literally rather die than have a child.

Congratulations.
Personally, I don't buy any of that "the birth was the most amazing moment of my life" bullshit. Watching them poke and prod the world is the part I enjoy the fuck out of.
Mine is approaching teenage. And she's a riot.

vasectomy, good idea
is that when they go snip snip, and two little balls roll out,
might as well just slash off the whole sack and use as a change pouch, like they used to do it in NAM

Sounds sweet! I can't wait to have my own kids, but I have a few things I'll need to accomplish first.
To the person who said they'd get a vasectomy: I think you'd miss out on a whole lot more than you realize.

That's hilarious. Making a joke about a baby that got mauled to death is pure comedic genius.
I rarely give out bad ratings. You've earned the fuck out of this one. In fact if I had to retract every single one I've ever made 'cept one, this would be the one I'd leave standing.

I wonder if he will ever get around to posting on the shroomery, 18 years from now or whatever. Maybe by then the whole shroomery background in those pics of him will be obsolete.

Thanks for all the nice replies I didn't use protection (never have), and before her getting pregnant i didn't want a kid, lol! But after finding out that she is for sure pregnant, i'm all for it because i love people. I know this is gonna be really tough, but i know we're going to be great parents.
I've known my gf since i was 6 years old, and we've been together for 1 1/2 years now. She's been crying a lot, says she's stressed out, and doesn't know what to do. Somehow i've remained completely calm this whole time, but i'm sure she's going through something completely different than me.
This is really gonna whip me into shape. I still am going to burning man though, not sure if my gf is still goin.

Well, we have been together almost 3 years now and we love each other. Marriage has never been an issue with me, before now, but we might as well. I don't want to be with anybody else and neither does she. It really doesn't matter one way or the other with me, though. I will be with her, regardless of if we are married, or not.

Right on. I plan on staying with my sweetheart too, don't see what could come between us, but i don't see why i would want to get married.
What's weird is my dad cheated on my mom, only after they got married. But i don't mean to say that that's going to happen to me or anyone else, that was just their situation. I think my dad must've felt trapped or somethin.
