thats kind cool if you are ready. i definently want a couple kids eventually, not now though. like maybe when im 30 i'll be ready, and that's if i find the right woman by then. kids cost alot and are tons of work. i want to really establish a career before bringing any into the world. in fact id never want kids if i wasnt financially stable and able to provide adequetly

That's impossible, seeing as my 6 month old(Elijah) is the coolest guy in the world!

I wonder if he will ever get around to posting on the shroomery, 18 years from now or whatever. Maybe by then the whole shroomery background in those pics of him will be obsolete.

They look like awesome kids, Goobs!
Eris, I will leave that up to him. I'll show it to him, eventually. That is, if it's still around and the world hasn't come to an end.

Thanks for all the nice replies I didn't use protection (never have), and before her getting pregnant i didn't want a kid, lol! But after finding out that she is for sure pregnant, i'm all for it because i love people. I know this is gonna be really tough, but i know we're going to be great parents.
I've known my gf since i was 6 years old, and we've been together for 1 1/2 years now. She's been crying a lot, says she's stressed out, and doesn't know what to do. Somehow i've remained completely calm this whole time, but i'm sure she's going through something completely different than me.
This is really gonna whip me into shape. I still am going to burning man though, not sure if my gf is still goin.

What's your view on marriage blissedout (if you don't mind sharing)? Why did you decide to get married?

Well, we have been together almost 3 years now and we love each other. Marriage has never been an issue with me, before now, but we might as well. I don't want to be with anybody else and neither does she. It really doesn't matter one way or the other with me, though. I will be with her, regardless of if we are married, or not.

Right on. I plan on staying with my sweetheart too, don't see what could come between us, but i don't see why i would want to get married.
What's weird is my dad cheated on my mom, only after they got married. But i don't mean to say that that's going to happen to me or anyone else, that was just their situation. I think my dad must've felt trapped or somethin.
