need help with Ident

ok found these in the cow pasture next to my apartment 3-4 shrooms to a pile of shit. wondering what they are... BTW this is in southeast louisiana

i am also from southeast lousiana and have fount many of those. What area are you from? and also you have to read about what information you need to provide so that people can give you a answer.
those are INACTIVE copalandia and are very common in cow pastures, especially in hammond which im guessing those are from!
You are looking in the right place, be careful and look around, the ones you want look similar to that but when cracked will turn a bluish color. The ones in your photo bleed a light browish yellow color which is a dead giveaway they are inactive.

I see those things(Panaeolus antillarum) all the time they grow in big clusters on and around dung they melt into black goo when the sun bakes them... ewww....nasty shit

What you are describing is not a Panaeolus species, it is Coprinus species, also known as "inky caps".

Man, those suckers are all over the gulf coast. I was taking a walk to the beach and spotted some far away in a cow pasture. Looked a little like copes, however when I jumped the fence and got a closer look they were pan. antillarum! My eyes were thwarted!
