I don't really see much. Most of what goes on are feelings. If I look at the wall, it get's somewhat wavy..but that is all.
I'm not a photoshop kinda person, so I can't "show" you what I see.

On mushrooms, everything is fluid and more colorful. Dark shadows merge together and make symbolic outlines. I see a lot of mushroom patterns, along with other random crap. Sometimes pictures or objects will seem to come alive and move.
On salvia, everything in my field of view becomes blurred and repetitively folds inward on itself.

Since I can't draw, this is the closest representation I've found so far. When this visual happened this was all I knew, total ego loss.
I've only seen the eyes once, but they look just like Penguarky posted. They were everywhere, and I had a strong sensation of being watched. Quite an interesting experience.

How come we all (or a lot of us) see the eyes? There's obviously some reason...it's like it was programmed by nature to make the human eyes detect that exact image. It was weird because that eye that Penguarky posted above made my heart jump...I've definitely seen it before. That's a damn good representation.

one time i looked out into my backyard and my vision turned into like binocular vision, my eyes had somehow zoomed in really far across the field and focused on one spot with incredible detail. along comes this character wearing a red hat, just walking along, and soon was out of sight. i was like wow thats strange. then a dog comes trotting along with a rifle in his grip. thats when i started laughing my ass off. he sat there and played with the rifle, did tricks and stuff with it. and it looked incredibly real. i usually never get OEVs like that, i wasn't really tripping that hard. guess i just found a sweet spot.

Most low to medium doses(around 200mics) I get the tracers, distortions, etc. When closely looking, focusing, or with eyes closed i will get a kaleidescope of varying patterns, yet all in sync and symmetrical in nature.
Now my most vivid trip, was a little 'shot'(cap full) from those sweet breathe bottles of amber crystal. Talk about seeing shit!
The best description to that experience was "cartoon land"....
I recall all the houses looked different, out of proportion, bulbous, with human characteristics. All were a different bright neon color, yet flashed and changed and flowed. And they seemed to sway and dance along with the pulse of the experience.
Everything was pretty much like that. But them damn houses and also trees really stick with my memory to this day
Have no clue how many mics is in a 'shot' of liquid. But it had be a fair amount to cause such a change in reality.
-------------------- -------------------------------- " If the sky were to suddenly open up there would be no law. There would be no rule. There would only be you and your memories... the choices you've made, and the people you've touched. If this world were to end there would only be you and him and no-one else. " .............. "MAN! You know there aint no such thing as left over crack!"

On mushrooms, everything looks fluid and organized into patterns. On acid, I see fractals, faces, and intricate details, and when I close my eyes, I sometimes have a sort of remote viewing sensation, where I can see things that are happening somewhere else(or at least that's what it seems like). On mescaline and other phenethylamines, I see little swirls in everything.

and stuff like that Traveling over vast, alien landscapes of eroded stone Canyons, mountains, space cities Mandalas of glowing wires Vast, open space, blue skies Sterile, lifeless oceans Myself transforming into a devil with horns, fangs, red skin, bat wings Huge, grotesque faces with oversized, staring eyes 3D spaces filled with masses of naked, copulating people The space around me textured into soft, overlapping, cool petals like mushroom caps Moldy, rotting corpses Myself dead of a plague in my bed, worms coming from my mouth The sky blocked out by a gigantic goat's head surrounded by autonomously-flapping sets of disembodied wings and floating, singular eyes

If it's common knowledge I apologize, but for people that don't know, that eye is from Tool's Lateralus album... That's why I LOVE tripping to that album.

Wow, I have never taken acid but I have eaten plenty of mushrooms and some 2c-i, also a phenethylamine and I totally agree. Everything seems like it's in a pattern when I'm on mushrooms, and when things flow they flow much more smoothly than phenethylamine visuals, whick like you said are swirlier. Personally, I like the visual effects of 2c-i over mushrooms, but the comedown is very unpleasant for me and it leavems me feeling burnt out for a long time. I'm going to leave my serotonin system alone for a while now.

while i haven't ventured far into psychedelics, i mainly have seen faces of varios types of demons, goblins, and things from different 'races'. I use that term race like a variation of the human race. Not in the human way of african, asian, and etc.
The life is the coolest part though.

The last time, I saw everything in rainbow colors. Not like rainbows in the sky, but like rainbows in oil spots in parking lots...
but then again, I didn't literally see it like that, my mind was just telling me I saw it like that. I still had the separation between the hallucinations and reality, but they were together too. Hard feeling to describe.

I've never seen eyes. This is actually news to me.
One common theme is what appears to be extremely vibrant Tamil-esque script in a radiating pattern. Imagine taking a page of script and then "wrapping" it radially on the surface of a vinyl record.
Ah, heck. I decided to take a stab at doing it in photoshop. This is close:

...but the text is more intertwined, more contiguous between "lines." The letters are equally coherent, stylistically, whether viewed along the "record grooves" or radially. The picture I drew is faded to convey the fact that the image is intense but still superimposed over the rest of the world.
Oh. And it pulses. It's quite cool.

I love popcorn ceilings. I once saw demon faces melting out of the texture, but I was listining to White Zombie remixes, so I put on another cd. I usually see a soft blurring aura around everything, and swirlling patterns that give life to the world. Also, it seems my imagination is kicked into high gear and I can see just about anything I want when I close my eyes.

dude i get that (sober while going to bed) but it's like my innervision is kind of broken, so i mainly just get only the right side of the "circle" but it's definitely going vertical and I could see how it could be a circle in and of itself.
usually it's english letters though, often times unsensible, sometimes saying LSD, or Jesus, or things like that.... or phish.... even though I don't listen to phish. had a dream where i did drugs and discovered what i had been seeing for so long was a phish logo.

Mostly I just see patterns and flashes of light. Any geometic pattern you can possibly imagine. And they are constantly shifting.
I never understood those people who were like "OMG I SEE BLUE ELVES". I think they were just lying.

A lot of times the imagery I see whilst peaking is like Alex Grey's painting "Universal Mind Lattice".
I've seen what I'd call "The Clear Light" a number of times and indented patterns in the fabric of my visual field - those are the most recurring aspects I usually see.
