I have some half pints of different strains in an incubator right now and for the first 10 or so days they were colonizing extremely fast. But now after about 14 days, it seems to be alot slower. I checked all of them for contamination and I'm almost 100% sure that none of them have any, so thats good. Is it normal for the growth to slow a little bit? Is there anything i can do to speed it back up?

You can loosen the lids a little bit to aid gas exchange; you can also flip them over to force C02 out and oxygen in. Hopefully, you used enough water in making your cakes--for if they dry out too much, they will slow down or stop colonizing. But I would think a little more oxygen will do the trick. GL.
