salamaleikem!

A few weeks ago I managed to grow my very first shrooms (P.c. B+). I'm very excited, I'm goin to trip next Saturday with friends. As far as I know, B+ should get very big, but my B+ were only 4 cm when they opened their caps.
Now, could anyone please tell me what I did wrong?
I grew them at 23?C, light 30cm above casing, perlite/hand-spray tek.
I used a <1cm layer of wet vermiculite mixed with gypsum.
and i sprayed the casing with auqa dest. evry day.
Please tell me what I shall do the next time to grow bigger ones!
Don't tell me to use peat moss layer cause I really don't like it.

der Waldarbeiter

PS they are tiny but I tested some and they're very potent!

how deep was your substrate layer in your casing?

also.....you would most likely be better off not spraying the actual casing every day, it can lead to rot, and also damage myc. in the early stages..... just give it a few shots after you case it, then put it in the terr. and it should be alright if your humidity is good.... also fan a few times a day if you arent already
