"Old Believers" Amanitas and Amanita Pantherina

"Collected by a remote Siberian tribe called "Old Believers" from central Siberia, somewhere above the Ket River, in dense territory, in the middle of a watershed between the Ob and Yenisey rivers. Caps only."
I love amanitas and this intrigues me greatly. Amanitas that have been hand gathered by siberian shamans called the "old believers". A cursory google search turned up no information on this siberian tribe. I wonder if these simply have a higher muscimul content or produce different sensations as well (amanitas contain bufotenine as well as other psychedellics besides muscimol).
I have a choice between these and amanita pantherina mushrooms. Pantherina mushrooms are said to be much more potent and are brown in color.
Does anyone have experience or information with these amanitas? Thanks.

Hi there,
Yeah, I'll chime in. Do some research before you injest Panthers. I've never eaten Panthers, but when I first found and ate Amanita Muscaria, in 1980, in the Sierra Nevada Mountains -- yeah, 26 years ago (wow), there were Panthers growing all around. I guess they grow in Siberia and certain places out West.
Anyway, I digress. Amanita Muscaria is big medicine. Soma. The Spirit of God. It is enough. Don't mess with Panthers.
Peace

I would've gone with the Muscaria.. Pantherinas cause more nausea and can come with a more unpleasant body sensation than Muscaria. . also - careful on your dose. . I believe that Pantherinas have a greater amount of amatoxins in them, and that if you ingest too many you will suffer liver damage.

From experience, I would say that the above is not true.
Start with maybe 3-4 grams, and work your way up.
Grind em up into a well blended power to insure consistent dosing. They can vary alot in potency, even in the same batch.
