Yeah, that's fucked, for sure. My friends that are junked know that doing that shit around me is a big no no. I ride their asses, but they don't wanna listen. The drug is just too much for an addictive personality to resist. I fear for my friends' futures. They all could go so far in life, too. God damnit!

Yea, it wasn't right. I've seen dead people, I've watched people die, but this was real hard. I thought the motherfucker was just out of it.
I'm trying to be safe. I came home before I got too out of control in public. Now it's Jack and loud ass music til I pass out or the cops come.

Sorry, man.
But, I've got to be libertarian here and say: Your body, your choice.
No consolation--nothing would be, of course--at least he went on his own terms.
Sorry, though. It sucks losing a friend.

As someone that's had to see family members go through their own heroin addictions, I can say that there's nothing worse than watching a downward spiral. I'm sorry to hear that you saw the end of that. That's really rough.

why the fuck do people still do street heroin when there's pharmacuetical grade morphine lying around everywhere?
I would never trust that shit from off the streets, I have friends who have died that knew exactly what they were doing, they just got sold bad shit.
I mean seriously, it takes a big fuckin mistake to OD. like trusting some scumbag on the streets instead of trusting a pharmacy.
I like the opiate high just as much as everyone, but I would never trust street tar. Much rather take a pill with a brand name inscribed on it, that way I know who to sue when I OD

That came off as rude. The dudes friend died. Who are you to say he wasn't a good friend. Show some fucking respect. Something nice to say would be: "a fucking tragedy". Or "at least he didn't suffer."

This guys response to a friend dieing from drugs is to do drugs and then go to sleep, wich is as close to death as you can get without dieing.

If my friend died and I found him laying there with a needle in his arm I'd probably want to get as close to death with out actually having to die as well, I mean I'd probably want to just drop dead as I was experiancing that... Are you saying you wouldn't? A friend? Im not sure about you but where I come from friendships run strong... You can't just reject emotion, thats fucking stupidity. You're a regular tripper also, you should know just as much as anyone else that emotion is half the trip. Numb your emotions, thats the stupidest advice I've ever heard anyone offer, im sorry.

Fuck man im sorry to hear that!!! My condolences. I never got into H because i was always the young one, I saw people OD, die, vomit, and just turn to ghosts. By the time i was 17 i already saw the death H creates. Made me never wanna touch it. I did try it twice though, just so i could understand my peoples points of view. It will turn a good man into a lying cheating thief.
I havn't thought about it but this thread brings back all the memories of my friends and family that have died from it.
My uncle ODed on christmas eve speedballing H and coke in his chair in the living room. What a nice suprise for my 10 year old cousin to find in the morning right.....
My buddy died in his sleep next to his girlfriend.
My other friend commited robberies and ended up going to jail, i think he should be out soon.
My one buddy been on it so long that he commited suicide and hung himself in his parents basement.
Another friend turned blue at a table oneday back way back in the day. Turned blue and hit his face on the table. I was 16, we drug him out to the street and called 911. He made it.
Sometimes when i drive around or go to this one town i see an ole friend of mine, one that traded in his friends and family for the H. What a cool dude but what a fuck up now.
This has all been just a handful of years. I wonder what layes in store in the future....
Teddy sniffing glue he was 12 years old Fell from the roof on East Two-nine Cathy was 11 when she pulled the plug On 26 reds and a bottle of wine Bobby got leukemia, 14 years old He looked like 65 when he died He was a friend of mine
Refrain: Those are people who died, died Those are people who died, died Those are people who died, died Those are people who died, died They were all my friends, and they died
G-berg and Georgie let their gimmicks go rotten So they died of hepatitis in upper Manhattan Sly in Vietnam took a bullet in the head Bobby OD'd on Drano on the night that he was wed They were two more friends of mine Two more friends that died / I miss 'em--they died
Repeat Refrain
Mary took a dry dive from a hotel room Bobby hung himself from a cell in the tombs Judy jumped in front of a subway train Eddie got slit in the jugular vein And Eddie, I miss you more than all the others, And I salute you brother/ This song is for you my brother
Repeat Refrain
Herbie pushed Tony from the Boys' Club roof Tony thought that his rage was just some goof But Herbie sure gave Tony some bitchen proof "Hey," Herbie said, "Tony, can you fly?" But Tony couldn't fly . . . Tony died
Repeat Refrain:
Brian got busted on a narco rap He beat the rap by rattin' on some bikers He said, hey, I know it's dangerous, but it sure beats Riker's But the next day he got offed by the very same bikers

I"m really sorry to hear that dude...I can't even imagine what it would be like to find anyone dead let alone a friend...I don't blame u for drowning your sorrows in the bottle I'm sure I would have drowned mine out as well
and to the dude whos being a fuck...if u can't tell the difference between drinking to kill the pain of just finding a friend dead and being so lost in opiate addiction that u end up oding...well I don't even know what to say to u if u can't see the difference
opiates will steal your soul and eventually your life if u let them...a good friend of mine in australia told me when I started messin around with opiates that all the ppl he knew who went down that path were either in jail or dead
but anyways this isn't about me...I know theres nothing I can say to make the pain go away tho I wish there was...all I can tell u is "time is the bandaid of life"...as much as it hurts now it will get easier...but unfortunately its probably gonna get worse before it gets better...but hang in there dude...u got a lot of ppl in your corner here at the shroomery...I know u can get through this!
