cleaning supplies. i like lysol all-purpose cleaner (mmm lemony fresh) for cleaning my work area. you want some cotton balls and isopropyl alcohol as well, for wiping your needle between innoculations. and a pump bottle of hand sanitizer is a good thing to have too. (i rarely use goves at any point; but do wash my hands and arms carefully with regular soap, then get my hands a second time with the sanitizer.)
sounds like you're going for a simple terrarium setup which is fine, but add a bag of perlite on your list to keep it humid in there in between your mistings.
otherwise things look good, thats about the bare minimums and all you really need to pull it off.
the premade jars are cool if you're paranoid about getting it right your first shot. for $20 you can get a dozen half pint jars, and plenty of verm and brown rice flour to make a few batches. up to you of course, depends on your comfort level.

If you are on a tight budget? I would study up on liquid cultures. That way, you can make 2.5 ml of that 10 ml syringe. Stretch into 500 ml of liquid culture. Plus, have 7.5 ml of spore solution - remaining.
A quart mayonnaise, or Miracle Whip glass jar, with a plastic lid will work.
Along with a small bottle of Karo syrup.
Drill 1 1/4 inch hole in the lid. Silicone a piece of tyvek over it.
Drill another hole, 1/8th inch & dab silicone sealant over it.
The larger hole is for gas exchange.
The smaller hole is for an injection port via the syringe.
Add a table spoon of Karo to 1/2 quart water.
Place a marble in the jar (agitator device).
With the lid on the jar 1/2 turn loose.
Nuke the jar several time for 2 minutes each.
Remove jar, tighten lid & cool overnight.
Inject 2.5 ml of spore solution into the jar.
Incubate around 80F (75 to 84 is fine).
Agitate (swirl)the jar daily (or twice daily).
In a couple days you should see mycelium growth.
In a week, you should have a jar 1/2 full of healthy LC.
With 400 or 500 ml of good LC.
You can inoculate cases of PF jars.
Store the LC in a refrigerator, once it has grown out. That will stall it's growth, and prolong it's longevity.
All of the above can be done on a VERY tight budget.

Ok thanks Creamcorn, added perlite and cleaning supplys to the list. I would buy all the materials to make the jars, but i unfortunatly dont have a pressure cooker. Tippin Thanks for the tutorial, im definetly gonna do that now because after this grow i plan on growing them several times more. Also my budget is around 100 dollars at the moment so i can afford to buy quite a bit more things. Thanks guys and any more advice would be appreciated. :edit: Also would like to know what to put on the bottem of the terrerium?
