This is a casing of Acadian Coast. There is one shroom sprouting up that looks nothing like the others. The cap is a different color and the stalk is much skinnier. Is this normal? Any thoughts?

That definately looks like a stray mushroom is sharing casing with cubies. Probly someone can tell you what it is, but i would just keep it separate until they recognize it from the pic. Would you have print of the strain to trade? How do you like?

It may be an early bloomer. But it should be the same strain anyhow, because if it was indeed a stray spore from another strain it would have had to mate with another spore to beable to fruit. . Its again probally just an eary fruit and looks fine from the pic.:)bluhoney
