Is this bag ready?

A friend of mine has a myco bag thats at least 90% colinized, with the only uncolinized part being the bottom of the bag. All the sides and the top have become fully colinized. So can he fruit this or must he wait until its totally colinized? He's extremly eager to get it fruiting.

ive had no experience with bags at all, but lemmie tell you what happened to me. i was in that same situation about 2-3 weeks ago, but with jars. my best jar at the time was 90%, so what i did was cut away the uncolonized part, even tho everyone you ask will advise against it, i did it anyway. well three days later, green mold. its not worth it imo, just wait and when those bags to fully colonize and fruit the trip will be even more enjoyable.

do whatever you want tho, they are your bags, but if it was me id wait instead of possibly ruining all your work up until now.

just my .02
