The temperature in my house rarely drops below 80. Does anyone have any idea on how i can get my casing down to a steady 72-75 degrees? I'm stumped.

Ice packs or pre-frozen water bottles. Its a hassle but just keep switching them out and you will be able to keep the temp down.

Or, just fruit at whatever temperature you have. Temperature has little effect on cubes. I don't own an incubator so fruit and incubate at the same temperature, never with a drop.
