Anybody have any success w/ Timothy Cob Hay strain

I bought a bale of timothy cob hay, but i did an extensive search of the forums and there seems to be no record of any real success with the hay. Should I just tell my minister that he shouldn't waste his time with the hay spawning?

Has anybody tried this hay spawning and suceeded? Or should I just feed it to the rabbits?
