outlook won't work. you need a reader that supports yEnc and nzb files.
sounds like you you need to do much more reading at slyck.com

i'm not going to read this thread so I'll just assume you're wondering how to get bit-torrent harvesting you sweet illegal files.
the program you have on your comp manages the downloads, it has zero to do with finding them and tracking where the data is. the data for the file is not on any kind of web based server, it's on computers in peoples' houses.
(Napster and the other similar programs are breaking the law by scanning your comp for files to share then helping you automatically put them up. torrents get round this by requiring the user to manually select and upload a 'description' of the files they have to share. neither do you download the files themselves directly from some kind of server the police can target, the server just holds a list of what people have and where to get it)
to access that data on computers in other ppls houses, you need to get a .torrent (tracker) file. you download these from 'tracker' sites like www.torrentz.com or www.torrentspy.com
torrentz is a good site because it doesn't list the tracker files on it's own site, it does it for a whole bunch of different sites (torrentspy included), so you get a broad spectrum of results from different sites all rolled into one search result.
so you search on torrentz for the file you want... e.g. 'teen anal prono'
the result come back. click the one you want and download the tracker file (it'll be about 100kb or something).
open it.
your manager program should be the default that's used to open the .torrent extension. so bit torrent will open up.
it'll ask you where you'd like to save the file. note that this file will have the .whatever tag of the actual file it's self, e.g. .wmv and is the full size file (the actual thing you want).
tell it where to save and click go. the program will now use the tracker to locate the computers holding that particular file and will download the packets from them bit by bit, in a kind of torrent of bits
some tracker sites won't let you use them unless you set your program's port number to something other than default, but that's mainly for private trackers (kiddy prono type things that the police are constantly trying to busting). private networks are designed to a.) keep the police out b.) stop the files from being pulled by ppl who don't reupload them. groups that do absolutely gigantic quantities of file sharing, whose members are the kind of guys with 700 DVD's in their front room, will usually be on private trackers. you'll need to demonstrate your kick ass wish to share and distribute to join them, usually with some huge quantity of transmit data, like a few hundred gb. i've seen uploaders with tb worth of transmit.
private trackers will usually want you to have DHT turned off as well. DHT standards for Distribute Hash Table. It basically allows people to access the tracker via the node that your program is creating. private trackers don't want that, because it lets people download from them without being officially part of the group. so they'll kick you out for that. By the time you get to being allowed into one of those groups you'll know about all this shit anyway.... hacker style!
you shouldn't have to change many of the settings in the program, if any at all, for normal public trackers.
don't be a gimp, upload 1:1 or more.
