Wait... I'm confused. Are you saying the cakes are contaminated too?

That looks like cobweb on your casing. Spray down your ENTIRE casing with a H2O2/Water solution and put it in front of a fan for a bit. The Hydrogen Peroxide will kill the cobweb but not hurt your casing. If its green meanie, I would try cutting it out with a sharp (clean) knife and hopefully you should be in better shape. -Me

Cutting rarely works. That's not cobweb. If it's that color then a bazillion spores are comming off it as we speak.
I would peroxide the contam with straight peroxide then throw it out. You might be able to salvage part of it, but you need to get that contam spore factory out of there ASAP.

Is that dark spot around the salt the contam, or is it just uncolonized casing?
I assumed it was a contam, but now I can't really tell.

Ugh, I couldnt see the color there. Yeah, if all of that is green, then listen to FF. And honestly if it has been green for the whole grow I would be weary about consuming the fruits as well. My successes with green cutting have been when the green is only a small spot. (Might just have been bruising of my casing but I take no chances) Good luck! -Me

You just can't beat the green. If it seems like you have, then you've just driven it underground.
If you're going to fruit it then do it outside or at least in another FC, hopefully in another room, or better yet another house.
