Can an LC (with air exchange) that has been on a stir plate constantly be still viable after 2 weeks ? IS there any degradation passable? I have noticed that it doesn't colonize grains as quickly as it did at first.
Also if i used an aging LC to inoculate a new LC would the new LC also exhibit similar lower performance?

Yes. Performance would be even lower.
But, two weeks isn't long enough to cause any problems in that respect.

It's good. Next time. Once it is fully grown out. REFRIGERATE IT. To stall growth. They can be kept for a few months. If you are careful.
