Benefits of refrigerating a clone slurry or incubating it until i need it.

Just a question.

I believe it will give a head start on the recovery after being blended and damaged (turned blue) if you incubate it for a day or two.

Just other opinions. Searched the forums but no one I believe has asked this question.

As always, thanks

no.

do not incubate your slurry.

would you incubate your syringes?

put it into the fridge.
it does not need to "recover"

I would incubate it 1 or 2 days. Kind of depends on how thick it is. If it isn't too thick already then a little incubation would be good for it.

it is in distilled water.
what will it consume to grow?

That wasn't clear to me from the post. For cloning I would probably use a LC rather than distilled water.

If it's in dH2O then there's no point in incubating any. Certainly refrigerate immediately then.
