Hey everyone one.......before I post this I would like to see just how many people would be interested in this recipe.
You don't even have to like the blackberry flavor to REALLY ENJOY this. This is a family recipe that has been in our family for generations and I would love to share with you if there is the amount of interest.

Ok here it goes!!!!
Ingredients:
1) 1-Betty Crocker Super Moist White cake mix 2) 1-Box Black Berry jello mix 3) 1-cup Black Berry Wine(Manischewitz brand) 4) 4-eggs 5) 3/4-cup Canola Oil
Mixing:
1) Mix cake mix and jello mix(please do not make the jello! it will only fuck things up)
2)Mix in the 4 eggs, the oil, and the wine. Mix well.
3)Put into (well) oiled Angel Food/Bunt Cake pan/dish.
Cooking:
1) Cook @ 350F for 20-30 minutes or until the knife you use to stick in the cake comes out clean(to see if it is done).
Icing:
1) Take and mix together and pour onto evenly after mixed after cake is on serving plate.
a) 1/4-cup Black Berry Wine b) 1-cup Confectionary Sugar
Please everyone who looks at this, try it!!!!! You will not be dissapointed. It is a great dessert or breakfast. Please tell me what you think as I am a culinary fanatic.

I see you're in NC Tranced, are the origins of this recipe south of the Mason-Dixon line? I only ask as while I was reading the recipe I was struck by this feeling that this was a good 'ol southern recipe (this is by no means a bad thing mind you.) I dunno why I got that feeling, but I'm curious as to where this recipe got its start.

Dont know where the Mason-Dixon line is, but yea it is a southern recipe.....I wasn't raised in the south just all of my dad's family(I was a military brat), but the cake and cooking down here is really great!
So yea it is safe to say it is a southern recipe.
