we'll see come the end of the season. its week 1. hold off on comparing Chad Pennington to Joe Montana there buddy.
I want to see how Dallas does against Washington this Sunday night before I even say they are in trouble.
I do believe "old man" drew bledsoe was one of the best QB's in the league statistically last year. and no. I dont believe the Jets will win more than 8 games.

Dallas has good D, but the offense is suspect with bledsoe and the supporting cast,

supporting cast? the only area they have a problem is pass protection. hell the line even does a par job of run blocking for julius jones.
Bledsoe is still a good QB, but when u dont have pass protection that causes problems.. the same way the charges defense destroyed aaron brooks for 7 of thier 9 sacks last night.

Hard to pass protect when Merriman's bearing down on you, that guy's a manimal.

that whole chargers defense looked pretty sick.
Merriman is only a 2nd year player, right?

they should have a lock on the AFC West, as long as Rivers doesnt fuck up they should be a playoff contender.
althou they have a philosophy similar to the steelers did.. limit the QB to 10-20 passes per game, and let the running and defense to the rest. shit.. Rivers only threw the ball 11 times last night.

if your offensive is not doing the job then bledsoe is going to have some problems, he's really not that mobile, and he seems to play too flatfooted IMO, although he does have Jason Witten as an outlet, can't go wrong with former volunteers, I like julious jones, but recievers seems to be thin outside of TO and Terry Glenn, Bill Parcells has that conservative approach in which he stacks his D and tries to work the running game, just stick to that and they'll be alright

hmm i think the dallas WR corps is pretty solid.. its def an area of confidence.. i agree with what u said about bledsoe.. and u better believe that if he has another shitty game, people will be calling for Romo who had a great preseason.
terrence copper and sam herd are both great 3rd and 4th receivers. and Jason Witten as u mentioned, a pro-bowl TE.
its not time to hit the panic button yet in D-town, but another loss will def throw up a red flag.

after all, in the NFL you can pick up as many as 7 loses and still get into the playoffs.

If you can't see that Bledsoe has ended up being the #1 problem on the last two offenses he's played for, you're just not paying attention.

Terrel Owens is a shithead if for nothing else his unoriginal nickname. I hate the fact that sports people somehow think it's clever to call every single player, analyst and sideline reporter by their initials as a gimmicky form of representing familiarity.
What happened to the imagination in sports? "Night Train" Lane, "Too Tall" Jones, "The Golden Boy" Paul Hornung. Now players are too rich and pampered to ever placate such distinction out of fear of what, their marketing image? Their egos? I hope Terrel "Tweety Bird" Owens gets paralyzed on the field.

thats pretty fucked up that u hope he gets paralyzed just because he calls him T.0
but to the serious person who knows something about sports.. bledsoe had a very good year last year.. and the only reason we missed the playoffs is because of the kicking game.. however.. i dont really have confidence in him either, or Romo.. i really want us to get Brady Quinn in the draft.. no matter what we have to do.
