We can't even see the gills. Wheres your description and feature list! 
They don't look like anything active if you were wondering - we will need a description with spore print to take a stab at an ID.

well they have a golden top and the rest is light brown. the spore is a blacky color the stem is redish....?
 there is the gills!! dont poo your pants...

it looks kinda like some sort of pan... maybe a pan. foe... even if its not ite most likely not active

You were asking for an ID of this mushroom- how can you know it's active if you don't even know what it is??
Unless you were very careless and went eating it. If it's not too late, I'll say it now: Don't eat anything you have not had an expert identify and which you are not 100% confident of the identification.

Hi aromeha  Can you make a spore print? Also can you get a clearer pic of the gills and how they join the stem? How many did you consume? Did they exibit blue bruising? Did you find those on the west coast of Auckland? Sorry for the twenty questions but those are very interesting to me! Will be happy to help with id of any fungi, have microscope for viewing identification features! inski.
