Those are some nice bolets.
Judging from the reticulation on the stem of the second one, and the lack of reticulation on the first specimen, I'd say you have two different species. All the brown and white bolets are edible unless they are bitter. In your case, a taste taste will determine edibility.

I tasted both of them. Neither seemed to be really bitter, I sensed a little bitterness but overall the taste was like a nice, chicken texture, meaty mushroom.
I'm unsure as to if these are edible or not, even though I really didn't taste any bitterness, how bitter would it be if it were not edibile. Wow, just tasting a small bite of the first one is really getting me hungry for a mushroom.

You would know if it was bitter. Bitter boletes are like earwax bitter.

Upon second tasting, they do have a bittness to them, but nothing that makes me feel as if I can't eat them, they just taste like plain ol' mushrooms, so if the bitter would be pretty noticable and unpleasant then these are edible, I'm assuming.

Yeah those are edible.
Boletes with orange or red pores should be considered poisonous. And boletes that bruise blue should be considered poisonous, even though some of the blue bruisers are good edibles.
The rule of thumb for boletes: If the pores are not red or orange, and they don't bruise blue, and they are not bitter, then they are edible.
I hope you enjoy them.

Interesting specimens.
The first one suggests Xanthoconium affine (=Boletus affinis) to me. If so, a spore print should come out bright yellow brown. That species is edible.
The second one suggests Boletus griseus, although the cap color would then say that you have a fairly old specimen. Normally the cap color is distinctly gray, but it can develop yellowish to mustard like colors in age. Although listed as a good edible, apparently it is often infested with maggots, and the dark spots in the tubes suggest this is true. The yellowish stem base is also a typical feature of this species as it ages. It should produce a pinkish brown to olive brown spore print.
Of course, both of these IDs are guesses based on your great photos and some guesses about what color the tubes were when the mushrooms were young.
Happy mushrooming!

Damn, I read the title "2 Very Nice Mushrooms" and thought that was rather presumptuous..... But I figured, take a look and see what the fuss is about.
Those are the nicest looking boletes I have seen! You were not joking!! That first one is so perfect I'm not convinced it's real!
Awesome photos and descriptions! I look forward to reading your future posts.

Very cool, certain Boletes are some good edibles when in prime condition.

Who hasn't tasted ear wax before, I know that I have before - probably when I was very young (toddler) and curious. It is some seriously bitter stuff.
