Worm Casting ??

I was wondering if you could use a PF cake that has already flushed to colonize worm castings
Here's what i was thinking of doing..
1. sterilizing a knife by spraying it with lysol then dipping it in alchohol and letting the alchohol burn off
2. slicing off the outside of the cake with 4 cuts making a rectangular cake (sterilizing between each cut and working on an oven rack with the oven on low)
3. microwave a plastic bag for 3 minutes then let it cool and put the cake in it to break it into small pea sized pieces
4.(actually done before step 1 but i think u get the idea) Sterelize a 50/50 mixture of wormcastings and vermiculite moistened till u can just make a couple drops come out when squeezed in an oven bag in the oven for 1 hour at 350 and let cool inside anothe oven bag
5. Mixing the cake peices into the worm casting/vermiculite mix in the plasic bag used to break the cake up in
6. tying it up tight and putting it in the incubator
Any feedback would be appreciated
thanks

I would take a chunk o' cake before fruiting to use. It has more "energy".
3. microwave a plastic bag for 3 minutes then let it cool and put the cake in it to break it into small pea sized pieces
You can probably use the bag as is without microwaving, but to be safe, just wipe the inside with alcohol and let evaporate.

Yes it works great and potentcy and yeild are increased.
Yeild is drastically increased. Here's a Recipe that afoaf uses:
1.( Worm casings)
2.Wheat straw( You chop the wheat straw up and put in a ziplock freezer back and fill with water distilled water and let it sit for an hour or two)
3.peatmoss
4.vermiculite
5.Alder shavings
You mix em all together in a large bowl And bake em in a aliminium turkey roaster pan you buy at the store the larger the better. Bake for 1hour at 250-275F then after an hour stir it up and bake for an additional 30minutes.
No youv've sterilized your compost.
As for the exact ingrediant ratio its up to you.
Use about50-60% worm casings as much or little straw as you like use about half a bag per pan more or less
use about a cup or two of vermiculite, Use a decent amount of peat moss two to three times as much verm. Maybe less And use a good amount of alder shavings I believe they contribute alot to mush size. Dont us to much though you add the alder chips dry. Add water to your mixture distilled water till damp or moist not soaking.
You'll have to add more water to your compost after you sterilize distilled of coarse.
Don't get your compost too wet or it may not work appropiatly.
I thinks thats about it.
