I hope that's not the real hydrapod, otherwise you'll run into problems with its creator ! Anyway, thanx for the info !

How will he run into problems? Its not illegal to build your own anything, even if its copyrighted. You just aren't allowed to sell them. (I don't think the hydropod is copyrighted, anyways.) This is a great thread man, very nice photos and drawings.

You_Lie... Very interesting Post. But I am going to have to ask you to please clarify that it is from you. Apparently MoronMagick thinks you are me. I don?t know why, and I really don?t care. MoronMagick, if you have a problem with me, then you take it up with me. Don't sit there and try to take it out on one of my Myco Network members. By insinuating that he is me, and then using that as a ploy to sling mud is straight up bull shit. If you want to confront me about something, then do it directly. Don?t sit there and attack others and say they are me while you keep your fingers crossed and hope I don't stumble across your post. It is time for you to act like a Professional. I thought I told you once before to keep my name out of your mouth. I have better things to do with my time than to worry about your sorry ass. This will be the last time I ever address you about anything. So do yourself a favor and worry more about yourself, and less about be. And dont try to trash this post with your Bickering MoronMagick. In other words, Dont get it locked! So lets see if you can do that little task my child!

There is an easy way to clarify this. Did you lie take the pictures and do the labeling and stuff himself? Or were these pictures ripped off (taken from owner's manuals, the user forums, whatever)? Either way it doesn't really matter, I know that I've seen them before on mycotek's site too. And MicronMagik is definitely correct about there being copyrights. It is illegal to reverse-engineer something that has patents pending with the intent of using that knowledge to build more. Totally against the law, just think about it for a minute. I don't know why you responded so vehemently to MicronMagik's post; I reread it a few times and didn't seem to get how you took this so personal. Maybe you are a bit defensive because you did this very same thing with the Spore Spreader? Not to flame you or anything, but your revolutionary little spore thingy looks so much like the Spore Spreader it's not even funny. You did change 1 part, how creative. It is enough to get by any legal trouble with MicronMagik; but cmon? You couldn't even think of a different container to use to make it look at least a bit different? Damn, in a way you owe MicronMagik kudos for however long it took him to figure out to use specimen cups; because you obviously could not come up with anything better. This new myco network sounds kind of nice, but you have to wonder if it is just a ploy to get people to stock up your spore selection. You only have 3 (unproven) strains? My question to you is why do you want people to send you 2 prints before you send anything? The FSR already has a great following from what I've seen, why on earth would they sent 2 prints to a newbie business just so that they can turn around and eventually start selling those same strains without paying someone for them and doing those necessary things most businesses do when acquiring materials or supplies from someone else? They fact that you are asking for 2 prints pretty much seals it for me, you want 1 to send out to someone else and 1 to keep. Why don't you just come out and say it? You want to stockpile a bunch of prints 1 at a time, sure you'll give out a 2 dollar piece plastic and maybe one of your own prints in return. I suggest you take someone elses idea (we can all see how much you like that, just look at the laboratory supplies section of his website, 2 of the 3 things in it are jacked straight from MicronMagik ideas, you can't dispute that); namely Ralphster; and use your abilities to create an FSR like the one he runs. Nobody cares out a 2 dollar piece of plastic, let them buy one if they don't have something they already use for making syringes (a ziplock bag or a simple jar with a filter disc over it actually works pretty nice). The important part is always the spores!!!! So now we can expect you to defend every myco network or whatever member who gets disagreement on what he is doing? Alright everyone, blind support for sale here!!! It'll cost you 2 prints!!!! I would send some in myself, but I don't know what a sip lock bag is.

Legal threats are fun aren't they, getting a bunch of them lately for some reason. Guess trying to put the shroomery in legal trouble is some kind of sport. Glad I have an attorney at my disposal now.
