First off, my mushrooms are growing all nimbly bimbly all over the place when i'm here trying to get them to grow straight up. the top i have for this as you can see is not clear. any ideas on how i can get them to grow upwards?

Secondly, this is 1st flush and there is only like 8 smaller sized mushrooms growing. What can I do to increase size and amount? I have a ton of knotting and pins, will other flushes be greater?
Thirdly, do these look like amazons to you?

Humidity unknown, but at least 60, probably more like 90, FAE 3-4 times daily.

I'm not sure if you're being serious or not, but I'll answer anyway:
They aren't growing upwards because the light is coming into the fruiting chamber from the sides, and the mushrooms grow towards the light.
Get some beer boxes like from a 30 pack or something and tape them all around the outside. Buy a piece of plexiglass, cut a hole in the lid, and glue on the plexiglass. Fuck, you don't even need plexiglass, just tape and/or glue a piece of saran wrap over the hole in the lid.
You'll get better yields the more you grow that particular strain by tweaking things ever so slightly in different ways until you figure out exactly what that particular strain prefers.
As for Amazonian: yeah, I suppose they do. They also look a lot like many different strains, though.

"They aren't growing upwards because the light is coming into the fruiting chamber from the sides, and the mushrooms grow towards the light." >yeah, i knew that i wanted to know how to fix it - which you answered...i will try your method and hope that they straighten out.
"As for Amazonian: yeah, I suppose they do. They also look a lot like many different strains, though." >will there be any way to tell for sure, like after the veil breaks, cap flattens, and i get some spore prints?
"That is one thin poo? substrate." >yeah its thin - the substrate is only one 1/2 pint crumbled BRF+Verm cake so there wasn't much and i didn't want to put too much poo on and make it impossible for the mycelium to break through. it's my first try at poo spawn and i just wanted to dabble a bit to get the hang of it.

You want to incubate that poo a bit longer. It needs to be fully colonized before you fruit it. And you might want to add a casing layer over the substrate as well.

As for strain here's an update:

faceyneck: covered up the sides so light only comes in thru the top and they new growth is much straighter than before, thanks.
still wondering if future flushes be larger and more plentiful.
Edit: I bought this at wal-mhart today for 98 cents and it rocks...super fine spray

Oh, and as for knowing for sure what strain they are, I'm really not sure. Ask one of the mods if there is a sure-shot way to know.
