hi everyone, i'm new to this forum. before you turn me away to the FAQ, please try to help me out, cause i've read the FAQ several times and i'm till confused on some things. any response will be appreciated. 1. Whats the deal with Perlite? i heard about it on the forum but it's not mentioned in PF-tek at all. i just bough a nice bg bag of the wite crystals and i'm still not even sure wat its used for. Humidity? 2. How can i humidify and heat my terrarium cheaply and effectively? i bought a digital thermometer but dont know how to get heat. 3. Must the terrarium be airtight? 4. During incubation, can i keep the jars in total darkness until it's time to birth them? 5. If i do everything correctly, and all goes well, how big of a yield would 10-12 jars of B+ strain be? thanks

1) perlite is a pourous rock that absorbs water and releases it slowly into the air for humidity, you can humidify your chamber with it. 2) heating your setup can be achived by placing an aquarium heater in a quart jar(as well as adequate room temp)3)airtight does help attain conditions as well as keep out contams.4)its best to keep incubating jars in the dark.5)it can vary on yield cuz of conditions but i would guess a couple oz.s give or take......................................

a couple quarts is my guess add one then measure humidity then add two and so on............and if i were you i would go with at least a 100 watt adjustable or an 150 watt adjustable heater for temp and you should be fine .........................peace
