ok. i'm finally ready to incubate. 1 Q 1st.

im ready to inoculate and will be doing so in 1 or 2 days. i will be using newbies best friend PF-Tek.
my question pertains to incubation. i know that i need a dark place (i plan to use my closet) and temp must be around 80-85F.
what i do not know IS HUMIDITY NEEDED AT THIS TIME? if so, what %.

also i plan to make only 5-6 cakes by using 2cc in each jar. what do you think about that. am i wasting spores?? should i not be stingy?

don't worry about humidity now, thats later. and 2cc is not neccessary but will speed colonization time a little. it a peronal preference. if you're doing 5-6 jars, then do half with 1cc and the other half with 2cc and, label and learn!
