Tea can be quite potent. As many only drink the liquid and not the residue in the bottom of the cup, does this mean that psilocybin dissolves in water or is it merely tiny suspended particles that do the trick?

Has anyone tried running tea through a coffee filter then drying out the liquid to get a rough extraction?

I will give it a go when I get some raw material, but that will be a while.

good idea. i got a cup of leftover tea from my cambodian test. I'll have to try that if i can find some time. That would sure beat having to eat 24 gel caps of powered shroom this weekend at Ultrafest.

It is scientifically accepted that subjecting chems to conditions under which they will break down for the purpose of efficient extraction is ill advised. What is wrong with normal consumption? or large gelcaps of powder?
