Newbie question: myco enviornment bags

Has anyone used those myco environment bags from sporeworks.com?

For a person with no experience with no experience, would this be a good way to try this?

How many grams of dried mushrooms will each bag produce on average? I'm planning on trying the Puerto Rican strain (they sell syringes, I don't wanna mess with prints) but if there are better strains let me know.

Yes they work and are great for beginners. You can expect about 1/2 oz dry shrooms over 3 flushes on AVERAGE.. some a little more some less
