Would mycelium grown with bacteria around it spawn shrooms?

I mean almost all my jars were fully spawned before what I think a bacterial contamination happened. Can I take them out now and fruit what mycelium I have? Would I be taking a risk? Keep in mind its bacteria. And it smells like a foot.

I would throw it out, bury it, whatever. If you open those jars, you are spreading the contam. all through your grow area. It is possible to get some fruits from contam'ed cakes, but it's just not worth the risk. GL.

Thanks, but now here's my problem, the actual cake does not smell footy, I have sprayed it with h202 and still does not smell footy, only the surrounding, uncolonized mycelium smelled footy. It is now fruiting in a milk container with some perlite just to see what goes down. No dunking, rolling, temperature dropping, nothing.
My whole area is contamed with that bacteria anyway, and the next batch of jars should be fine because my dry vermiculite layer will actually be DRY because I'll take the damn tape off the top, right after sterilisation!

If a project stinks or has molds, you need to immediately move it outside to a shady spot and bury it. Don't ruin your future chances by allowing contaminants to infest your growing room/area. RR

Too late, the rooms smells of foot. I'll just have to move the next generation of the project, which will have more than a $30 budget put into it ($150 I'm spending on the complete set up, but I should be able to make it back now that I've learned from my mistakes and can grow mushrooms properly)
What is a good mold/bacteria spray I can put all over the room I'll have my sweet new $150 investment in?

You would do best to mix some bleach with soapy water and hand-scrub your entire area (the bleach bomb) and everything in there. Spray lots of Oust as well. It is no fun doing this, and that's why most will advise you to remove contam'ed grows immediately. GL.
