Prints from outdoor shrooms

What issues will I have with making a print from an outdoor shroom grown naturally? How can I help to sterilize and avoid contamination? Any help will be appreciated.

you'd have to do a petri smear and isolate the good growth (at least from what i've seen). or you COULD (if it's fresh) clone it into a liquid culture.

Try setting the cap on a screen so it's elevated above the paper or foil you are printing onto. This will help prevent direct transmission of contaminants on the cap to your print. Let it print for a couple of hours, then print onto something else. Use the several prints you make separately. Make the prints inside a glovebox. Hopefully, one of them will be contaminant free.
Of course, swiping the spores on agar and isolating away from contaminants is still the preferred method. RR

I have a friend who travels extensively, and collects prints for me when he can. What I have him do, is print the caps for 4 or 5 hrs, and toss those prints, he then reprints the caps for ~24 hrs and sends me the second print. It's not perfect, but it does cut down on any contams.

I'm curious as to what contams will be like if I pick with a glove and put directly into a baggy. I've read that mold/bacteria is mostly an indoor invader. And will I have any problems from putting them directly into a sealed baggy, like from moisture, etc? What procedure would help limit my contams the most?

Guaranteed to fail. Bacteria and molds are an outside thing that also invades indoors. You can't directly clone an outdoor fruit without agar or at least cardboard and a lot of patience. It will be full of bacteria and molds. Spend several days reading all you can on cloning. RR
