Species #1:
Habitat: Lawn - Damp area with lots of grass (medium length)
Gills: Gills are dark brown on the inside and are white on the adge
Stem: Was Brown/White lines when picked, with purplish bruise at base, but after a while it turned to just the brown
Cap: Dark Brown to Light Brown, with a gray ring toward the base (but not on the base) the tip it slightly pointed on a few. Also on a few the base of the cap portrudes and becomes slight
Spore print color: Dark Brown/Blackish/Almost Purple
Bruising: None observed (bruised brown)
Location: Picked in Northwest USA
These were just freely growing on my property, just curious of the species...(I'm guessing Panaeolus subbalteatus, mostly because of the sheer similarities, It seems almost conclusive, I couldn't find any other species like it)
Keep In Mind: This is a while after picking, by the time in this picture they had been out a while, and had gotten, lighter (the rings of lighter color on the cap also dissapear)

The photos and spore print indicate Panaeolina foenisecii maire as opposed to Panaeolus subbalteatus.
The two species appear nearly identical, the best way to differentiate is by spore printing, as you have done. P. foenisecii will drop brown spores, where as P. subbalteatus will yield jet black spores.

So would you say that the evidence for them being edible is strong enough to at least try them?
Are there any poisonous species that resemble this?

They will not get you high. They won't kill you either.
