I'm assuming you've already used Lavasoft Ad-aware (personal edition is free) or another similar product...

What browser are you using? IE? Firefox?

Any details at all on the spyware?

reinstall your os. You could try adaware, or some other spyware killer app, but if you "have tried everything", you'll just have to format the drive and install windows. do you need help with that?

if adaware and spybot s & d dont work, you're pretty much screwed IMO. I wouldn't know what else to do. I would format and reinstall.

That would be your problem. Switch browsers. Microsoft hasn't released secure software in decades.

Dude, I battled the same thing a few months back and did everything you did and finally found something that worked.  Check out my thread here for the resolution:

That same fuckin shit happened to me a while ago. I was trying to download a crack and then the shit took over. I got pop ups saying my comp was infected and I should install some software to remove it. Well after countless number of times of trying on my own to remove it I installed the fuckin program and ended up having to reformat.

If you can you should make backup images of your hard drive incase shit like this happens again.
