No. It's a Conocybe, probably Conocybe lactea. Many Conocybes are DEADLY.

I'd like to, but it's the same as you asking me what the main differences are between a watermelon and an olive, understand? Do a google search on the two mushrooms, you will see that there are tremendous differences. Just a few:

Liberty caps grow in the fall, not summer.
Liberty caps have a purple-brown spore print, this conocybe has a brown spore-print
