I do believe it is important for us all to connect with the earth in some way, even though we are all part of the earth, are we really thinking about her as much as we should. Here is what I do to let myself connect with the earth. I don't litter I appreciate the any moments that have divine moments of truth, I listen to the wind, I focus my intent on the earth and enlighten my mind and my mind just kind of does what it wants to do.

Right. It doesn't make sense (to me) why some people seperate themselves from being one with the earth. One of my favorite things to do is walk barefoot. It's almost as though I'm reuniting with the earth.

If you live in a big city your daily 'earth' might be no more than man made creations, concrete, square edges, noise pollution, unnatural light, etc. I think a lot of people would argue they feel just as connected in such environments, though. What do you think?

YEah, I know!
People are like "omg nothing is happening". I'm like LOOK AROUND FUCKHEAD EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME!!!
People tend to focus on themselves, what they do, and what other people do. Its brainwashing.

Lightning burns dude via iPod. You saying something, God?
Snip from Denver Post story:
The wounds follow the line of his iPod, from his ears down his right side to his hip, where he was carrying the device. The iPod has a hole in the back, and the earbuds dissolved into green threads.Bunch and his mother believe the iPod acted as an antenna, drawing the lightning to him. There were tall pine trees nearby that didn't get hit. But lightning and weather experts say that's probably not the case.
I say this dude was connected...
PS...Even Stephen Hawking gets stumped once in a while. He posted the following question to Yahoo message board...

somebody ought to tell him about the shroomery boards

People often litter and say its not there yard or home...But it is!! Small minds that think that way miss out on all the beauty mother earth has to offer. Earth is our home and every one counts. It makes me happy every time I come across people like you who care.
