im not to up on the traits of different strains, but i thought the cams was sposed to be really fast colonizers... i inocculated em a week before the south americans, and the s.a. has caught them already, maybe past em, since they are colonizing from the center out. ( ya can tell, cuz its pulling the substrate away from the sides of the jar). is the s.a.( from the lil guy) that fast, or was maybe the cams (from fsr) a lil old.

if you keep them around 85 degrees, they're definitely fast colonizers (assuming you have a good substrate:water ratio).

Hi CC, I can't speak for the print you got from the FSR but the SA syringes you got from me were made from the very freshest spores which would explain the quick-ass colonizing time. There definitely is a connection between how old the spores are and how fast they colonize. Peace and good luck with your research!

yeah they are kickin ass!!!! everything identicle, same recipe for substrate, both put in the same incubator. i wouldnt be surprised if they are totally finished, way before the cams... i was thinking it had to do with the age, cuz right after i got the cams, ralph said they were running out of prints at the fsr, so i prolly got the last in the bin............... have you thought about getting some orissa india's? i got 2 more strains lined up to try(k.s. and amazons), then thats what im going for.... drop me a pm if ya decide to get some in

Chrome,
I have never had a problem with my Cambodians.
I grow Cambodians all the time.
Because they are fast colonizers and fast fruiting.
My Cambodian's have had smaller fruits than the other strains.
But they made up for that with lots of fruits.
All my friends that try my shrooms love the Cambodians too.
I will always grow this strain.
Great Colors, and body rushes....and the fucking walls start melting.
I did 10 grams dry..... and talked to God....lolzz
My friend Pleezr has S.A.'s.....he says they are very fast.
He gave me a quart jar of S.A.'s on rye....I cased them....Them fuckers were fast to break through the casing layer....very fast.....almost as fast as Puerto Ricans.
So there is a good chance that the S.A.'s are faster than the Cambodians.
Fresh Spores are always a plus!

Well Road, that's pretty hilarious you mentioned Pleezr because his SA spores came from me also! I'm feel lucky to have a pretty constant supply of this wonderful strain. Peace.

Thanks Road. And just so there's no confusion, this is the SA strain that the Sporechics gained their reputation on (the good rep not the bad one) and not the P.E.S.A.. Peace, "Boxtop"
