I say this a lot, and I really think its the best strain, Go with the B+. Its very easy to grow, and boy, they get HUGE fruits...I wouldnt go with those strains in which you are thinking about. They aren't as easy to grow. You'll be much better off with the B+. Also, the B+ are beautiful giants

Rye berries need to be PC'ed to full sterilzation.

Straight verm, or try mixing in some coco coir with that....I love the coir, it works great!

Yeah, B+ is pretty good. I am a first time grower and i just birthed my first b+ cakes a couple days ago. Everything has gone smoothly. I recomend them.

EQ is popular and has a good visual trip report from the majority of users. Its highly recommended as well. Its a fast colonizer. That is a big plus for the choice.
Two-Three week jar colonization, making sure the temp and substrate mix is perfect ofcourse.

B+ is good to start with for sure and i have a few ways you can make the cultivation very sweet. First, when your jars are fully colonized, wait a week and cold shock them. Leave them in the jars and let them pin invitro. Wait till the pins are about an inch though, then birth. Youll have a huge first flush to play with.. ^^ After the first flush, dunk the cakes [dont cold shock] and the second fluch will be a few HUGE mushrooms so you can take some prints to restart the cycle. After the second flush, cold shock again and youll have another huge flush. You may also get a few 4th flush mushies. This is the way i grow B+ everytime. Its a great cycle, very productive.

I'm very new too and just had a first (small) flush of B+. They're great to start with.

I also decided to be daring and try PES and Puertos. I've a cake of Puertos whose first flush will be bigger than my first B+ one. Maybe I'm just lucky.

i say go with either hawaiian or pf classic (amazonian) for a first grow. bothe strains are very forgiving of newbie mistakes, hearty growers and nice trips.
i love b+ but just my personal opinion i believe the b+ to be too slow a colonizer for the first time grow. we all know how impatient you were with your first batch, and newbies want to do this and do that to speed the process.
but anywho...good luck whatever you chose and happy shrooming!

If treated right, PR's can produce very numerous fruits, but for some reason many people say they are hard to fruit correctly. Ive had much luck with the few PRs ive had the pleasure to cultivate. I believe that the potency of PR's should be more accuratly tested though. In my and many people i knows oppinion the trip is cosmically different than any other cub. It seems like that of a P. cyanscens. I would really like to see extensive research done on this.
