Anyone heard of the conservative thinktank called PNAC -- The Project for a New American Century?

If you have, then you're probably familiar with the document they released in 2000 called "Rebuilding America's Defenses". If you haven't and your down for some heavy-duty dumpster diving then come on in, the shit is stinky.

Note that this is not a light read... If you're a skimmer then just pick out a few juicy looking sentences and savor the flavor. Especially the puke-colored box of foreign and domestic policy. However, if you are very bored and like to read, you will no doubt find some very disturbing, conspiracy-quality stuff... especially when you consider that this was presented to several prominent members of the current administration [they will remane nameless but not anonymous] before 9-11-2001.

just for note, any REAL conspiracy nut is not liberal or conservative, in the political context, since both parties represent conspiracy.

No, conspiracy theorists can have either left-wing or right-wing views, and therefore may be either a liberal or conservative. But it should be noted that two people may have different ideologies and still believe in the same conspiracy.

i tried to emphasize that with all caps. left-wing, right-wing. they are 2 wings attached to the same animal. enough "crazy" research, and that becomes obvious.

No, they are different worldviews. A conspiracy theorist might see the two mainstream political parties as two arms of the same beast(a point on which I would agree), but that is not mean the same is true of liberal or conservative ideology.

touche. i cant argue with that, since you added "true."

but the "liberal / conservative" groups im referring to are not "true" but those that take on the attributes of media personalities and extremist politicians. of course, i dont think "liberals" or "conservatives" or right/left = conspiracy.

just the ones on tv that claim they are left/right.

I have written a lot on the Shroomery about the PNAC. Search it on wikipedia ( I know it's wikipedia, just look though). It lists all the members and their current positions in gov. Veryyyyy interesting at the least. This is the main reason I am skeptical about 9/11
