Help me with my newborn cakes.

I birthed my cakes 4 days ago. PF strain ver/brf cakes. The Mycelium seems to be going crazy growing tentacles and bumps. How should I stunt the growth of the mycelium so i can start pinning?

Actually they are the B+ strain. not pf classic.

i would lightly mist the cakes and then cold shock for 12-20 hours.
other ppl might only suggest cold shocking but definitely cols shock and make syre after shocking the temp does not raise ABOVE 75; like 72-75 average.
